Growing up in Jamnagar, Harsh’s fascination for technology began with childhood experiments, building simple circuits and hacking together makeshift radio kits. This early passion drove him to pursue a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication from Bundelkhand University, setting the stage for a life deeply rooted in networking innovation and problem-solving. While working with British Telecom, Harsh quickly learned that success in technology isn’t just about robust systems—it’s about the people who rely on them. This insight shaped his approach when he entered the hospitality IT sector over eight years ago: every customer is a relationship to nurture, not just a service ticket to resolve.

Harsh’s true pride is the community of hoteliers and partners he’s built—more than 2500 properties and 1500+ delighted customers—by delivering not only reliable technology but unwavering accessibility. His certifications (CWNA, MTCNA, RASP) reflect deep expertise, but Harsh is defined by a relentless drive to be available, responsive, and trustworthy for every client. For him, success is measured in the trust and peace of mind his clients receive. “My customers are my utmost priority, and their trust is what keeps me striving for better,” Harsh says. He believes in being immediately reachable, no matter the hour, and sees every technical challenge as an opportunity to deliver reassurance and reliability.

Born in Kolkata but raised in Anand, Gujarat, Parag’s journey brought him from bustling Indian towns to advanced laboratories in England, where he earned a postgraduate degree in Computer Science. For Parag, hospitality is not just an industry; it’s a heartfelt mission, inspired by the vibrancy and diversity he experienced growing up. His ten years in hospitality IT aren’t just a résumé—they’re evidence of a sustained commitment to bridging the gap between technology and true service.

Parag has personally onboarded over 1000 hotels, managed countless tech support calls, and led the delivery of more than 500 website projects, always driven by the conviction that technology should empower rather than impede hospitality teams. His credentials (CCNA, CWNA, MTCNA, RASP) back technical mastery, while his leadership builds trust and camaraderie among hoteliers, support staff, and engineers. “What excites me most,” Parag explains, “is seeing a client’s stress replaced by relief and confidence in our solutions. Every project, big or small, is another chance to help a hotelier thrive and grow.” Parag treasures long-standing client partnerships and brings a mindset of collaboration and empathy to every engagement.
